McLeod Wood Associates Inc. has advisors trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) who have successfully negotiated Impact Benefit Agreements (IBAs), partnership agreements, busines deals, and assisted with ending crisis situations. These agreements, especially IBAs are often the accommodation portion of the "Duty to Consult and Accommodate", and may be an essential part of the development process. Our advisors are skilled, fair, and experienced in negotiations.
