The reality of today's world is that organizations must manage change continuously in order to be successful.
Unfortunately, change can be perceived as a threat and a problem or as a challenge and an opportunity.
MWA Inc. is able to assist organizations to look at change in a positive light through a process of consultation,
facilitation, planning, implementation, review and ongoing feedback. MWA Inc. can also assist you in evaluating the
efficiency and effectiveness of your organization's programs and/or initiatives.
Management and organizational reviews can be broad in nature or narrow in scope. MWA Inc.'s staff will work
closely with your organization to create a customized change management process. We assist in analyzing and focusing
staff and management at all levels on the change.
We assist in answering the following questions:
Are we moving too fast or too slow?
Are we doing too much or too little?
Are all parts of the organization keeping up?
Are some too far out front and others too far behind?
Are leaders on board?
Are the teams motivated?
Do we know where we are going?
Do we have what it will take to get there?
Generally, an organizational review has the following steps:
Looking at where we are now, then, defining the corporation's Vision, Mission and Purpose.
We look at where the organization currently is through an internal and external review, reviewing and
helping revise or assisting in developing an organizational vision, mission and purpose.
Looking to the Future. We work with our clients to develop a strategic vision and mission as
well as the guiding operating principles and values for the business. We then work to identify the
key desired organizational outcomes.
Developing Implementation Plans. MWA Inc. works with the client to develop a workable plan to
achieve the desired future of the company.
MWA Inc. believes that it is critical to include as many individuals in the organizational review/change
process as possible. Our goal is to create buy-in and commitment in multiple ways and at multiple levels across the business.
