also has the capacity to provide administrative support
to our clients. We have found that as a new business
is established, clients find it very beneficial to have
MWA Inc. assist with certain administrative functions.
Tasks such as setting up the initial Board Meetings,
the books of record, ensuring that all the proper regulatory
and financial paperwork is filed on time, and other
similar tasks can be done by MWA Inc. We ensure that
this is only a temporary measure by assisting the client
in developing policies and procedures, and identifying
and hiring the appropriate staff.
MWA Inc. also has at times been requested to assist
on an interim basis to provide direct management services
to clients who are dealing with human resource issues.
Again, this is done on a short term basis only until
matters are resolved and the appropriate staff is in
place.
