Sue Hartwig's strengths lie in her exception analytical, organizational and negotiation skills. Sue provides management and negotiation facilitation services, supporting clients in negotiations to ensure they achieve their goals for any agreement or business arrangement they may enter into. Sue played a key role on the negotiating teams for the successful impact benefit negotiations between Taykwa Tagamou Nation and De Beers Canada, and between TTN and Yellow Falls Power LP, as well as other negotiations. More recently, Sue played a key role in the conclusion of grievance negotiations between Taykwa Tagamou Nation and Ontario Power Generation. She also facilitated the partnership development process which resulted in a Partnership Term Sheet being signed between the two parties that puts the framework in place for the development of hydroelectric facility on New Post Creek.Sue utilizes her strong interpersonal and managerial skills and insight into First Nation politics to facilitate negotiations and bring them to a conclusion that is agreeable for all parties.

Sue also advises clients on human resource benefits and pension issues and works directly with clients regarding the development of First Nation business projects. She reviews the work undertaken by MWA Inc. as a critical part of the quality control process, administers the human resources for the firm including the benefits package and is also responsible for conference and meeting management which the firm undertakes from time to time.

Sue has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Criminology.
