McLeod Wood Associates Inc. is a unique management consulting firm, providing consulting services, project facilitation, and negotiation services primarily to a First Nations client base. MWA Inc. assists a number of First Nation owned organizations develop, build, and operate strong businesses that deliver sustained growth and benefits back to the communities in an efficient, effective manner. MWA Inc. also specializes in facilitating partnerships between First Nation groups, governments, and the private sector with the aim of helping First Nation peoples.

McLeod Wood Associates Inc. was founded as a partnership between Merv McLeod and Nancy Wood in 1996 and employs four people. MWA Inc. has extensive experience in the area of natural resources, particularly the mining and energy sectors. The small size of the firm ensures that clients receive personal attention and a quick response to their needs.
